designed surperbly. Has a halter neck

by front but at the back its a normal top

Has a stretchy ruffled piece which fits nicely

under the bust. Has a velvet ribbon round the

bottom of the top with dangling pennys that

say ELIZABETH II. Then to finish of with the

lace Trimming.
