After your application form has been sent to us,you may be required to submit further information

to us via phone or email  before we accept you as our wholesale member. 

About wholesale products

Wholesale products are stored in our stock. Material Girl distributes the products to,

our subscribed memberships exclusively.

Wholesale-minimum order quantity

A wholesale-minimum order quantity is 50 items or more wherein colour,pattern,

and size can be mixed depending upon your need.

Whoesale Price

Wholesale prices posted on our website exclude GST and Freight.

An invoice will be sent to inform the customer via email of  price+GST and fright.

Made to order/Custom Made OEM

Made to order products are not in our stock. Customers can choose pattern,colour

and size specified by us .A minimum order quantity per pattern for made to order is specified.

and conditions for made to order products for each kind of product before making an order.

Made to order information shall be either at the top of individual product page,

or in the description of the individual product.

Lead time for made to order

Lead time shall vary depending upon individual made to order products. All members are recommened ,

to check for their made to order products carefully prior to making an order.

Made to order products normally takes approximate 25-50 days.

And 50% deposit of total amout ordered shall be paid in advance.

The duration of made to order production varies depending on the magnitude of order.

Sample Product

You can order a sample of  a product by informing us of the product description via email ,

then we will notified you as soon as possible.

Shipping and Imported Tax for made to order

The made to order product price excludes frieght and import tax,

these shipping costs and import tax shall be held liable to customer'own expense.

Made to order note:

Please allow us 5-10 days before we confirm your order.

After you recieved our confirmation of your order,

please deposit 50%  of total amount of your order.

Made to order products normally take approximate

25-50 days , after you paid 50% in advance.
